Description

Captain Hob has escorted you to the Drowning Wench, aslo known as the Adventurers' Guild, and introduced you to her proprietor, Baderon. After speaking with sev eral of the guild's patrons, talk with Baderon once again and see if he has any advice for a fledgling adventurer usch as yourself.

Baderon has suggested that you visit Camp Bearded Rock, located just beyond the Zephyr Gate leading out of Limsa Lominsa. Once you have arrived, place your hands upon the aetheryte and attune yourself with the crystal. This will allow for swift travel to the location in the future.

Shorty after attuning with Camp Bearded Rock's aetheryte crystal, you receive a message from Baderon's private linkpearl. It seems he has gifted you with a "guildleve", granting you access to a simple levequest. Whether you accept the quest or not is up to you. However, Baderon would like to speak with you in person when you reach a lull in your adventures.

Baderon has told you about a few of the city's other guilds and how they may be able to provide you with a means of earning some coin. The Culinarians' Guild - the Bismarck - is always interested in purchasing rare, deep-sea delicacies, while rumor has it that the Musketeers' Guild, headquartered in the Coral Tower, is recruiting adventurers for enlistment in a provisional unit of the Knights of the Barracuda. Use your map to find both locations.

To learn more about Limsa Lominsa, Baderon has suggested you visit Fisherman's Bottom. There you will find the pullers - the city's hard-working fishermen and women.

Wawalago of the Fishermen's Guild has hired you to escort his puller colleague, Sisipu, to Oschon's Torch - a lighthouse situated on the southern tip of La Noscea. However, the area is currently rumored to be crawling with Serpent Reavers - bloodthirsty minions of the Sahagin. As a means of distinguishing between friend and foe, Sisipu has asked you to learn a series of hand signals familiar to the members of her guild.

Now that you have learned a few of the hand signals, Sisipu believes that you are ready to escort her to the lighthouse. After making the necessary preparations, travel to Zephyr Gate where the puller awaits.

After successfully rendezvousing with Sisipu at Zephyr Gate, you must now escort the young Lalafell to Oschon's Torch in southern La Noscea, protecting her from any over-inquisitive beasts you encounter along the way.

You have arrived at the lighthouse, but something seems amiss. Search the area and see if you cannot find anything of interest.

While investigating a body lying in the grass, you spy two pullers having a hushed conversation near the lighthouse. After the pullers depart, you turn to find Sisipu standing alone. Find out what is wrong before further danger approaches.

Payment for services rendered awaits you at the Fishermen's Guild. Hurry and collect it before the frugal Wawalago has a change of heart.

Now that you have your reward, speak with Baderon and see if he has any more work for you

Baderon has suggested you pay a visit to Naldiq & Vymelli's - Limsa Lominsa's premiere shipyard and home to both the Blacksmiths' and Armorers' Guilds.

Bodenolf of Naldiq & Vymelli's has told you to speak with Guildmaster H'naanza, for he will only admit those who have earned her favor. However, upon locating the guildmaster, your conversation is rudely interrupted by the unexpected appearance of the Knights of the Barracuda, whose fleet, it seems, has fallen victim to a Sahagin ambush. After assessing the situation, speak with H'naanza and ask if there is anything you can do.

Since hearing the news about the Sahagin attack, H'naanza's mood has taken a turn for th worse. It is best you leave her for the time being and speak with Bodenolf once more.

You have juts witnessed a heated conversation between H'naanza and a besotted pirate calling himself Rostnsthal, and neither are currently inclined to speak with you. Contact Baderon and find out what he makes of the situation.

These mobs are incredibly easy and should die in one hit from a Disciple of War or Magic. You'll be seeing four of them for the duration of the instance, one at a time.

Strategy

After finishing the cutscene, talking to either Baderon or [[Y'shtola]] will let you get ahead, depending on the instance. Follow cues from Baderon and visit Camp Bearded Rock just outside of Limsa Lominsa once you're able to. This would be a good opportunity to pick up at least a tutorial guildleve from the counter near Baderon, and try it out when you reach the camp.

Once you return to Baderon, head out from the Adventurers' Guild north and west to first to Bismarck where you talk to one of the NPCs behind the counter, and then to Coral Tower where you must talk to the NPC behind the desk on the left from the entrance. You'll end up in an instance, head downstairs (right from the entrance) and come back to talk to the NPC again when done there.

For the next portion of the quest backtrack a bit and head to the Lower Decks from the first stairs you'll find. You'll be looking for the Fisherman's Bottom, on the south-west corner of the city, on the Lower Decks. You'll automatically trigger a cutscene, and in the instance afterwards you must make certain emotes at Sisipu, her instructions should be clear enough.

The next point of interest is the Zephyr Gate, around the border where Limsa Lominsa becomes La Noscea. Once you accept the continuation, you will end up in an instance with Sisipu. You must escort her to a lighthouse in Lower La Noscea. Simply follow her and when she stops, kill the Ankle Biter that shows up.
Once at the lighthouse, examine the corpses there for a cutscene, and when done with that return to Sisipu. For your reward for this portion of the quest, return to the Fisherman's Bottom, the cutscene will start automatically on approach.

At this point Baderon, via his linkshell, will direct you to Naldiq&Vymelli's. To get there, head to the closest ramp to Upper Decks and head a little east and then south. Talk to one of the NPCs behind the counter inside the building for the next cutscene.
In the instance afterwards, talk to H'naanza and then head back inside the guild. After the final cutscene, head back to Baderon to finish the quest.
