When the trading vessel Moonbeam returned from a journey to the Far East, her crew brought back with them tales of a strange people who defied death by consuming the raw flesh of the poisonous blowfish. Refusing to be shown up by "foreign savages," pirates and toughs from all across the city have taken to testing their own courage by braving the deadly dish. Normally avoided by the local pullers and thus difficult to find in the city markets, the Bismarck is offering good coin to those fishers who would bring them fresh catch.
