Waldibert is a trader in Final Fantasy XIV. It's unknown where he comes from, but he can be found standing around the hamlet Wineport in La Noscea.

Waldibert: The people of Wineport are wary of outsiders, and they have god reason to be. The hamlet's inland location off the Eastroad makes it an attractive target for mountain raiders seeking easy plunder.
Even regular traders like myself are met with cold stares and sidelong glances. It is best you conduct your affairs here in a timely manner and then continue on with your journey.
