Kiora is a midlander Hume woman from Final Fantasy XIV 1.x version. She could be found at the Quicksand in Ul'dah.

Word is any caught near them falling stars been cursed something awful. If I was one of them, I'd give every gil I'd got to the Ossuary. If anyone can save them, it's them thaumaturges.
