Overview
Mun-Tuy Cellars (ムントゥイ醸造庫 [mun-tuy jouzouko] or 'mun-tuy brewing cellar' in Japanese) is a historic brewing cellar complex beneath the Black Shroud in Final Fantasy XIV. Its exact location was heavily retconned between versions. In version 1.x, it was located beneath Emerald Moss in the north Shroud. The entrances were a short distance north and east from Camp Emerald Moss, and a northern one closer to Treespeak. However, since the release of version 2.0 it has been a connecting point between Nine Ivies in the east Shroud and Silent Arbor in the south Shroud. The cellars themselves are skipped over in the zone transition, and can't be actually entered by players.
The cellars were heavily infested with monsters at the time of version 1.x, to the extent that no actual work could be done. In version 2.0 however, the nameless NPCs present remark on how the Order of the Twin Adder finally managed to clear them out, and work can now continue.
