Description: Makes it possible for Clavats to become Thieves. Adventurers can gamble and win prizes in them. In addition, sell abilities to Thief adventurers and raises the Dexterity of aspiring adventurers living nearby. Each hall specializes in different abilities. Research funding is required for additional abilities to become available.
