宿命のポルトラン [shukumei no portolan] or 'portolan of fate' in Japanese. 'Portolan' (Italian 'portolano', lit. 'related to ports or harbors') refers to 'portolan charts', which were navigational maps made by pilots at sea, drawn based on compass directions and estimated distances. It bears noting that they were not good maps to cross open seas with, but were accurate for shorelines. They were used in the 13th to 16th century Europe.
