Effect: Fire a magic projectile that restricts movement
Other: explodes as normal when coming into contact with a ranged attack of higher strength, debuff is applied to any who gets caught up explosion regardless of when that explosion happens. Also inflicts 80 BRV damage (affected by buffs and debuffs)
